Applications for vacant positions
- When receiving your application we send you a confirmation by letter or e-mail.
- At deadline all applications are processed by a HR consultant and a manager for the relevant department.
- If your professional and personal competences match the job profile, we invite you to an interview.
Depending on the kind of job you are applying for, the initial interview will last around one hour during which we have a closer look at you as a person, your carrier as well as your wishes and expectations.
As for salaried employees those who are still candidates after the first interview will be invited for a second interview. You will fill out one or more tests and we will inform you on the results at the second interview.
The testing tools used by Aalborg Portland are all acknowledged and developed specifically in order to show how an applicant's behaviour, preferences and competences match a job. The tools are only used by HR employees trained and authorised to utilize them.
When looking for specialist and some types of managers there might be a third interview.
